His career in real estate began at the age of 14, when he assisted his father with managing a mixed-use building in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood. His expertise is highlighted by a proven track record in managing large-scale affordable housing projects, including serving as the Property Manager at Altgeld Gardens, one of the largest public housing complexes in the United States, comprising 2,000 units on Chicago’s Southside. Additionally, he has successfully managed LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) senior housing, Section 42 Tax Credit buildings, and blended occupancy properties, showcasing his ability to navigate complex regulations and deliver results.
